Dainelle has proven expertise in leadership, guiding large, diverse, global teams to safely deliver billion-dollar portfolios of the highest quality standard. As a risk strategist, she gracefully translates business requirements and customer needs into solutions that realize global goals and targets.
With over 20 years of experience, she has a proven success record in leading a diverse portfolio encompassing, high-end residential, healthcare, higher education and commercial projects, including multi-story cross-dock facilities, new construction, ground-up, expansions, retrofits, and infrastructure projects tailored for electric vehicle charging.
Dainelle spent the last 3 years successfully managing a billion dollar portfolio spanning 15 states, Maine to Puerto Rico, leading a global team of 50+ senior managers, designers and engineers.
